Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. 


SECTION 7 - SHIPPING, INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES

All international shipments are dispatched under Delivered At Place (DAP) terms. Shipping fees paid at checkout cover transit and transportation costs only. They do not include local customs fees, import duties, VAT, or carrier administration fees levied by your destination country. 


The shipping carrier will bill you directly for these charges upon arrival, and you are solely responsible for paying them to release your package from customs. MEDILUXE is not responsible for packages abandoned, destroyed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties. 


SECTION 8 - RETURN POLICY & FEES

MEDILUXE does not offer free returns. The customer is entirely responsible for all return shipping costs for both domestic and international orders. 


  • For international returns, the customer must also clear and cover any associated duties, customs fees, or taxes incurred during return transit. 

  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes paid at the time of delivery or checkout are strictly non-refundable. 

SECTION 9 - MEDICAL APPAREL & PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

Products sold on MEDILUXE, including medical scrubs and apparel, are designed for professional and casual utility. While engineered for fit and comfort, our products do not claim to offer specialized biological or chemical personal protective equipment (PPE) clearance unless explicitly labeled otherwise on individual product specifications. 


SECTION 10 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
