Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders of $180 CAD or more.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the chosen shipping method.
We offer the following shipping options for Canadian orders:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. MediLuxe is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
For orders within Canada, applicable Canadian sales taxes will be applied at checkout. International orders are subject to customs, import duties, and fees. MediLuxe is not liable for these charges. By placing your order, you agree to cover all applicable fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MediLuxe is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MediLuxe is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
