  1. MEDICAL APPAREL UTILITY DISCLAIMER
  2. Products sold under the MEDILUXE label, including technical medical scrubs, pants, and tops, are designed for professional style, workplace mobility, and aesthetic utility. Unless explicitly stated within a specific product’s certified documentation, our apparel is not sold as clinically certified medical Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) intended to serve as a primary barrier against severe chemical, fluid, or biological pathogens. 

  3. CARRIER-BILLED DUTY AND RETURN POLICIES
  4. All site visitors and customers are explicitly notified of our core global transactional frameworks: 

  • International Duties (DAP terms): International logistics transit fees cover transportation only. The customer (recipient) is legally and financially responsible for settling all local import taxes, customs duties, and carrier handling fees directly with the delivery courier to secure package release. 

  • Return Costs: MEDILUXE operates under a strict policy where returns are not free. The buyer assumes total financial responsibility for securing domestic or international return shipping labels and clearing any return customs transit fees.
