Shipping & Duties

Canadian orders are shipped from Canada.

U.S. orders are shipped under Delivered At Place (DAP) terms. Shipping fees, if applicable, cover transportation costs only and do not include customs fees, import duties, taxes, or carrier handling charges. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.

Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
